Circumnavigating censorship. Which blocked sites have 'related' content available on unblocked sites?

 

Steps

1) Familiarize oneself with the content of a set of blocked Websites, e.g., women's issues sites blocked in China.
2) Query Web for the key words or issue language on the blocked Websites using Google Scraper. Depending on the depth of the analysis, retain between 100 and 1000 results.
3) Enter list of results into Compare List Tool, and return only unique hosts.
4) Enter URLs in the Censorship Explorer proxy tool, and check for censorship. The sites that are not blocked are the accessible sites with 'related' content.
